The FreeMotion EXT Dual Cable Crossover unit is an extraordinarily versatile and durable strength and cable system. This strength training apparatus includes several premium design features that allow you to safely and effectively target every part of your body. The less-restrictive swivel pulley design ensures fluid cable travel and provides practically unlimited range of motion. Each independently rotating arm rotates vertically in 12in settings and horizontally in 9in settings to accommodate virtually any pattern of movement. This FreeMotion system permits a diverse range of activity for a more custom and comprehensive workout. Perform a variety of standing strength exercises to condition different sets of muscles. Some exercises allow you to target muscles used in specific sports such as golf or tennis. For lower body exercises the included ankle cuff is Velcro padded for more comfortable and secure placement. And the weight stacks are cleverly enclosed to limit access to moving parts. Each weight stack is independent so two people can workout at the same time. The professional-quality Light Commerical EXT Dual Cable Crossover Machine from FreeMotion is designed after the Commercial FreeMotion Dual Cable Cross. This light commercial and high-end residential unit features strong 7 and 11 gauge steel tubing for outstanding precision and durability. The unit is also electrostatically powder-coated for added resilience. This sleek well-designed system is ideal for a serious full body exercise regimen that improves strength tone and stamina. Excellent machine
Design makes it better than a smith and better than a power rack. Solid construction - feels like a commercial machine found in a gym. It would be nice if the uprights had some built-in weight racks. Great for solo lifting but don't get carried away be sensible.
